Build Readiness

Three prerequisites must be satisfied before the HIRO Code Factory build can begin. All checks must be green.

Build Gate Status

The factory build is blocked until all three prerequisites are satisfied. Complete each step in sequence — the Code Factory Preflight depends on the Genesis Preflight results.

HIRO Packet Library Built

The Hilbert Factory must have generated the full HIRO packet library from the Genesis Framework spec. No packets have been detected at /api/packets.

Genesis Preflight Passed

The Genesis Framework spec must pass the two-phase preflight audit with zero CRITICAL issues and fewer than 10 HIGH issues before packets can be generated from it.

Code Factory Preflight Passed

The generated packet library must pass the factory structural and AI audit — no duplicate IDs, no truncated packets, no broken dependencies. Requires the packet library to exist first.

Sequential dependency: Genesis Preflight → Packet Generation → Code Factory Preflight → Build. Each step depends on the previous. Running the Genesis Preflight first is the correct starting point.
